📜 Terms & Conditions

🚀 1. Key Terms & the Promoter

Last updated: 5 July 2026.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all competitions, prize draws and instant win games (“Competitions”) run on this website by 676 Merchandise Limited trading as 676 Competitions (“we”, “us”, “the Promoter”). By entering a Competition you agree to be bound by these Terms, by our Privacy Policy, and by any specific details published on the individual Competition page. If anything on a Competition page conflicts with these Terms, the Competition page takes priority.

The Promoter is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16147704, whose registered office is at 82 Forest Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottingham, England, NG17 9HD.

You can contact us at any time by emailing support@676competitions.co.uk.

In summary: you must be 18 or over and a UK resident to enter; entry requires you to correctly answer a qualifying question; a free postal entry route is available for every paid Competition; winners are selected by an independently verifiable random draw; and entry fees are not refundable once your entry is confirmed.

🎯 2. Eligibility

Competitions are open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:

  • are aged 18 years or over;
  • are resident in the United Kingdom; and
  • hold an account on this website registered in their own, real name.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the running of a Competition may not enter that Competition.

You may hold only one account. The name, address and date of birth on your account must match your photographic ID; we may require a copy of your ID (for example a passport or driving licence) and proof of address before releasing any prize. If you cannot provide this, or if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, opened duplicate accounts, or entered fraudulently, we may withhold prizes, void your entries and suspend or close your account.

3. How to Enter

To enter a paid Competition:

  • choose your Competition and the number of tickets you wish to buy — each Competition page shows the ticket price, the total number of tickets available, the closing date and any limit on the number of tickets one person may buy;
  • pick your own ticket numbers or accept randomly allocated ones;
  • correctly answer the qualifying question — this is a question requiring an exercise of skill, judgement or knowledge; and
  • pay for your tickets through our checkout.

Your entry is only complete once payment has been received and you have been shown or sent an order confirmation. Entries that answer the qualifying question incorrectly will not be entered into the draw, and the entry fee will not be refunded — please take care with your answer.

Each Competition closes at the advertised closing time, or earlier if all tickets sell out. Entries received after a Competition has closed will not be accepted; if payment is taken for a ticket in a Competition that has already closed, we will refund it. We reserve the right to extend, shorten or cancel a Competition where the published Competition page says we may, or where circumstances outside our reasonable control require it; if we cancel a Competition, entrants will be offered a refund or equivalent site credit for their entries in that Competition.

📋 4. Free Postal Entry

You may enter any paid Competition for free by sending your entry by post. Write on an unenclosed postcard, sent with the correct postage, the following details:

  • the name of the Competition you are entering;
  • your answer to that Competition’s qualifying question;
  • your full name, date of birth, postal address, email address and phone number — these must match the details on your website account (a website account is required so we can allocate your ticket and contact you if you win).

Send it to: 676 Competitions, 82 Forest Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottingham, NG17 9HD.

Each postcard counts as one entry into one Competition. You may make multiple free entries, up to any per-person ticket limit shown on the Competition page, but each must be sent on a separate postcard. Bulk submissions in a single envelope will be counted as one entry.

Postal entries must be received before the Competition closes. Postal entries received after a Competition has closed (including where it closed early because tickets sold out) will not be entered and will not carry over to other Competitions. Free entries are allocated randomly assigned ticket numbers and are treated identically to paid entries in the draw, including eligibility for instant win prizes. We do not acknowledge receipt of postal entries and cannot accept responsibility for entries lost or delayed in the post. Illegible, incomplete or incorrect entries, or entries with an incorrect answer to the qualifying question, will not be entered into the draw.

⚖️ 5. Winner Selection & Draws

Every ticket in a Competition has a unique number, and the winner of the main prize is the holder of the winning ticket number selected at random when the Competition is drawn. Draws are conducted using an independently verifiable random number generation service provided by Random.org, so neither we nor entrants can influence the result.

A full entry list showing ticket numbers and entrant display names is published on this website for each Competition, so you can verify your entries before the draw and verify the result afterwards.

Winners will be notified using the contact details on their account by email and/or phone, and winning results are announced on this website and may be announced on our social media channels. Please keep your account details up to date — we are not responsible for a winner failing to receive a notification because their details were out of date.

🔒 6. Instant Wins

Some Competitions include instant win prizes. The Competition page lists the instant win ticket numbers and the prize attached to each. If you purchase, or are allocated by free postal entry, a ticket whose number matches an instant win number, you win that prize immediately — no separate draw takes place for instant win prizes.

Instant win outcomes are determined securely on our servers at the moment the ticket is allocated. Instant win prizes are awarded in the form stated on the Competition page — a physical prize, a cash amount, or site credit. Winning an instant win prize does not affect your entry in the main draw: your ticket remains in the main draw regardless.

💡 7. Progressive Prizes

Some Competitions feature progressive prize tiers, where additional prizes unlock as ticket sales reach thresholds published on the Competition page. The Competition page always shows which tiers are currently unlocked.

Only prize tiers that have been unlocked by the time the Competition closes will be awarded. If a sales threshold is not reached by the closing date, the prizes in that locked tier will not be awarded and no compensation is payable in respect of them; the prizes shown as unlocked, including the base prize, will be awarded as described on the Competition page.

📞 8. Prizes, Claims & Delivery

Prizes are as described on the Competition page. Prizes are not transferable, may not be resold, and no cash alternative is available unless the Competition page states otherwise.

Winners of a main draw must respond to their winning notification within 30 days; instant win prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the win by contacting support@676competitions.co.uk (unless the prize was automatically credited to your account). If a prize is not claimed in time, or a winner does not complete any required verification, we may withdraw the prize and, where the Competition page says so, select an alternative winner.

Physical prizes are delivered free of charge to addresses within the United Kingdom. Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer to a UK bank account in the winner’s name. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver prizes promptly, but delivery timescales for physical prizes depend on suppliers and couriers and are not guaranteed.

Once a prize has been delivered and accepted, it is the winner’s sole responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranty in relation to any prize beyond any warranty provided by its manufacturer or supplier.

🚀 9. Site Credit & Withdrawals

Your account includes a wallet which may hold site credit. Site credit can be won as a prize, issued as a refund alternative, or issued by us as a goodwill gesture or promotion. Unless otherwise stated, site credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is credited to your account. Any unused site credit will automatically expire after this period.

Site credit can be used to enter Competitions on this website. Except as set out below, site credit has no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred to another account, and is forfeited if your account is closed for a breach of these Terms.

Where a Competition prize is stated as cash and you choose to receive it as site credit (or it is credited to your wallet), you may instead request payment of that amount by bank transfer at any time before it is spent, by contacting support@676competitions.co.uk. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and will be paid to a UK bank account in your name.

🎯 10. Refunds & Cancellation

By entering a Competition you agree that we begin providing the service (your entry into the Competition) as soon as your entry is confirmed, and that you therefore lose any statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once your entry is confirmed.

Entry fees are not refundable, including where you answered the qualifying question incorrectly, changed your mind, or did not win. Refunding entries after tickets are allocated would change the odds for other entrants, which is why all sales are final.

We will refund entry fees (or, at your option, issue equivalent site credit) where we cancel a Competition, where a payment is taken for a Competition that had already closed, or where we void your entry through no fault of yours.

11. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any Competition — whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise — is limited to the total entry fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for any loss of income, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for entries that fail to register, or notifications that fail to arrive, because of network, hardware or software failures outside our reasonable control, although where we can fairly fix such a problem (for example by refunding an entry) we will do so.

📋 12. Responsible Play

Competitions should be fun. Please only spend what you can afford, and treat entry fees as the cost of taking part, not as a way to make money. See our Responsible Play page for the tools and support available.

If you feel your participation is becoming a problem, you can ask us to apply spending limits to your account, or to suspend or permanently close your account (self-exclusion), by emailing support@676competitions.co.uk. We will apply self-exclusion requests as soon as reasonably possible and confirm to you when it is in place.

Free, confidential advice and support is available from BeGambleAware.org or by calling the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

⚖️ 13. Your Data & Publicity

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering a Competition you agree that we may publish your display name and winning ticket number in the Competition’s entry list and results, which we do so that draws are transparent and verifiable.

If you win, we may ask you to take part in reasonable publicity — for example a winner photograph or short video for our website and social media. Taking part in publicity is voluntary and is never a condition of receiving your prize.

🔒 14. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please email support@676competitions.co.uk with your account email address, the Competition concerned and a description of the problem. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to give you a full response within 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may seek advice from your local Citizens Advice or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

💡 15. General Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you enter a Competition applies to that entry; changes do not affect entries already made. Please check this page before entering.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in force. A failure by us to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or any Competition, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
